The MP High Court (मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय) is the High Court of the state of Madhya Pradesh. It was established as the Nagpur High Court on two January nineteen fifty six by Letters Patent dated two January nineteen thirty six, announced under Section one hundred eight the Government of India Act, nineteen thirty five. This Letters Patent continued in force even after the adoption of the constitution of India on twenty six January nineteen fifty by virtue of Articles two hundred twenty five & three hundred seventy two thereof.
